Service Technicians

Bob Friedenberger hails from Alma,WI where he has lived for the past 31 years with his wife Chris and their 3 children. Bob has been G.M. Certified for 26 years and a Master technician for 26 of those years. Factory training in engines, transmissions, electrical, air bags, anti-lock brakes.


Nick Kamrowski is a Winona native who graduated from Winona Technical College, has 4 years experience and is A.S.E. Certified. When Nick can sneak away from his wife Kristi and their one year old son Preston he can be found somewhere in the woods hunting.


Josh Jacobsen was raised in Albert Lea,MN and graduated from Riverland College where he won several awards including School Valedictorian. He has 6 years experience and is A.S.E. Master Certified with an Engine Performance (L1) endorsement. Josh also likes fishing and golf.


Tim Ehrat is our A.S.E.P. Student, which means that he goes to school at Dakota Technical College for 8 weeks and trains under our senior technicians the next 8 weeks. Tim enjoys golf, hunting and watersports when he doesn't have his head in the books.

IF THE PART NEEDED FOR YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM OUR OWN PARTS DEPARTMENT, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO ACQUIRE THE GENUINE G.M. PART LOCALLY, THE SAME DAY.

IF THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE LOCALLY, WE WILL ORDER THE PART ON A CUSTOMER ORDER FROM GENERAL MOTORS.

IF A CUSTOMER ORDER MUST BE PLACED, OUR SERVICE ADVISER WILL PHONE YOU THE SAME DAY THAT YOUR PART IS RECEIVED FROM G.M. AT THIS TIME, AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE MADE FOR THE PART TO BE INSTALLED ON YOUR VEHICLE.
